Terribly slow
Terribly slow, their app offers nothing and has the exact same problems. It doesn't cleanup cache and there is no option to do so.

Just go to your bank an cancel the payments
Been trying to get help logging into my account as I can't receive the SMS code after l lost my phone FOR MONTHS. Pretty simple problem to understand you would think? Had to contact my bank to cancel all future payments to them. I will never ever use them again.

There customer service sucks
There customer service sucks. When you try to contact them they send you templated emails with no actual answer in it. Don't even try reaching them again they don't care.

SCAM SCAM SCAM
Guess my card info was stolen because I got 2 charges on my card totaling $150 for a website I've never even been on! They have no customer service to contact about this to get my money back!!! Ridiculous. Wouldn’t be surprised if they’re in on the scam

Disappointed
Well, Patreon just closed my account because my employer tried to pay me through my creator account. I explained everything... sent them links to all my online portfolios, fb page and all. But this is the response I get. ibb . co / 6yVYXz1

They might be on drugs…
My experience is the same as most others, Patreon is very lame and bewildering. They had trouble (most fortuitously!!) accepting payment with my Amazon Visa card. They also have numerous additional website issues! They are based in San Francisco and no doubt fit in perfectly well there. Hopefully, the flag burning and monument vandalism of Abraham Lincoln and other Abolitionists, ironically for the cause of Anti-Racism will soon cease!! $10 for a coupe of hours !!!
AVOID PATEON Paid $10 for a month but was only able to use it fro a few hours !! They haven't even replied to my email or online enquiry.
