Patreon removed my creator account…

Patreon removed my creator account without warning or explanation during a worldwide pandemic. They offer no explanation, and did not let me retrieve my content. To make matters worse I am getting reports that my patrons got a double charge. This is awful, please consider any other site first.

overcharged and ignored by support.

the worst scammer service i have ever had the misfortune of using, i have been overcharged for a long time ontop of that i just recently realised, they have been charging me 2/3 times a monthys for the same memberships for a year almost, i waited 2 weeks for support to get back to me, i am done with this service, cancelled all my memberships today, sent a delete request for my account and will actively boicott patreon from this point forward, i recommend all to do the same. edit: what ...

They have out my account balance on…

They have put my account balance on hold saying trust and safety issues and suspicious activity on Wednesday. Since than I sent almost 10 emails but not even an auto email answer I get. I needed to cash out my balance because I had an exam today but thanks to patreon I will have to wait 1 more year!!! Usually they send email for anything everyday so what happened? Short on employees? I am really thinking about going to court for this legally. Still no answer... Still account balance is on ...

No Customer Service

I signed up one week ago to subscribe to one "Patreon", made a payment and then the account was locked. I have emailed customer service four times with no reply. The payment has been taken from my credit card so I will be reporting this as fraud as it's payment for no service received. Terrible. Have no idea what Patreon is or what they do, however they keep taking money from my Barclaycard account. No obvious way to contact them. Crooks and swindlers. Beware...

Wonky and trashy website, poor tax policy, poor customer service and poor privacy policy

Poor tax policy! Poor privacy policy and customer service! Nowhere to reach a customer service email address. The site is wonky and trashy, and my Patreon account gets unexpectedly logged out even when browsing on the very same website... Yeah, Patreon could definately do much better than this

I love patreon (and this review has nothing to do with Patreon), but that bloody app is something else. It's got stuck sending me dozens of verification emails. I can't log in - it just goes round and round in circles and takes me to the browser version not the app when I open the verification email. And how the hell can I review it in the Ipad apps area when it won't let me use the keyboard? The app is a disaster

CONSUMERS BEWARE - DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A PATREON MEMBERSHIP -you will be billed and the membership will not be linked to your profile therefore you won't be able to view it. I subscribed to a membership on Patreon to view the Creator, Soft White Underbelly. Patreon has been billing me monthly and the subscription was never added to my account.
