I agreed to pay $5 a month to Josh post and its probably about 5 months now I've donated. I was wondering why my Cash in the account was always do low when I checked for the first time and realised they are deducting $20 without my authority. I'm already donating money to save the children. That's what happens when you trust people with your account details. I'm cancelling this as from now

You will not get ur money back

This is the worst service. I subscribed for a Patreon for a month but than cancelled. Turns out after a couple of days I lost complete access and not get the full 30 days I payed for. I tried contacting the support (if you wanna call it that) and they send u automated mails and than if you do what they ask you do (fill out a form for money back) nothing comes back after weeks!

I joined Patreon mainly for the opportunity to message and dialogue with a patron whose work I really like. I have sent her three (3) long, carefully worded messages about her, her work, observations, suggestions, thoughts for future videos etc. Not one word of a reply in over a month! I mean, WT....#$%@?? What am I paying for, (quite generously) I might add?

Worst Customer Service, Ever

I'm a simple person. I see a creator that I want to help and I donate. The problem is, patreon consistently bans my account and talking to someone about it is a grueling task restricted only to email.. When you do get a response a week later, customer service won't tell you the issue and they open your account only for the next arbitrary ban to cut you off from the content you paid for. I've opened up 9 support tickets

I've opened up 9 support tickets. 7 Emails regarding a refund. I was told to contact the creator and if they wouldn't issue a refund then they would do it. They closed my account so I can not contact the creator. I keep contacting support and receive no response at all.

Trash scam company with shady AF system…

Trash scam company with shady AF system that bans everyone for as little as subscribing for annual pledge. I had an account for more than one year and got banned in 1 day without any help from their support.

Not trustable, they ban everyone

Not trustable. I had a page on patreon.com with near 200 patrons and they simple banned me in 1 day removing my main source of income! It took me years to reach that audience, and they removed all this from me in just 1 day. I have some friends with audience there that got their page banned too. If your content is adult (+18) you will be banned from Patreon soon or later, or they will come to you and ask you how you should create your content, how your history should be. They banned a ...

Scam company

Scam company, avoid at all costs. Was charged twice for one month and they try to justify this with scripts. They try and make you feel bad by messaging the person you are supporting for a refund, as that’s the only way to get your money back! What a great way to double up your revenue!! Scammers!!!

I joined Patreon on 29th January to try it out for a month to see if if it was for me. My first charge went through then they tried to charge me for the next month on the first 1st February. I subscribe to a lot of monthly services such as Netflix and VPN providers etc and I have never come upon this practice before, the month always starts from whatever date I sign up.
