They offer you a 3rd tier package…

They offer you a 3rd tier package without rendering the service and then go ahead to tell you to upgrade to a higher service. They claim to know so much but they are deceptive. They even sweet talk you on YouTube, It's a scheme to reap you off.

Patreon = Government puppets

I didn't realise that Patreon were censoring truth. Well they are and this is not their role. They are not Government puppets and should not be promoting the Agenda. I've stopped using them and do not recommend them.

No refund

I'm not really happy with Patreon. I made a purchase with one of the creator : MayContainGirl. The advertisement on the front page was misleading and confusing. All materials were blocked. I was unable to access anything at all. I want to cancel it and get full refund. They (Patreon & creator) are just playing games and no refund. They just keep me waiting and waiting... this platform is a joke and a scam why is it still operating i had submitted 3 tickets and have received no response is like they ignoring you on purpose wow no wonder they are a half a star all rating platforms this needs to be addressed on youtube i will make a video on this social media is a powerful tool that will get companys like patreon to respond

Awful customer support

About 2 months ago, I purchased a subscription for a product on patreon. The product did not work so I tried contacting the creator and patreon themselves. I got an email saying the refund request had been received and that it was being processed. 2 months later and still no refund or email.

Very suspicious and illegal.My daughter was sexually assaulted when she was 15 and the video was sold on Patreon. Within days, everybody at her school found out and bullied her over the illegal video.I reached out to Patreon to ask to have them remove it and Patreon told me to contact them on their help center at their website but after I submitted the ticket, I never heard back from them. This companies customer service is dreadful. I contacted them over a year ago to cancel any subscriptions I had on my account. After thinking my subscriptions had been cancelled I was still actually charged £200+. I think an article in a national newspaper should suffice and warn people from using this service. If anyone else has suffered when using patreon please leave contact information in your reviews I will be checking in as they need to be exposed and I have the connections.
