I was a patreon on patreon and they suspended my account for suspicious activity even when I didn't do anything and when I did an appeal they said I couldn't get my account back and they were going to delete my account and there was nothing I could say to get my account back

Charged for a "monthly fee" two times in 6 days. Morgonaut.cloud which I paid to, did not provide services for the second payment.

They steal from your salary

The way a Patreon creator gets paid is very fishy and not straight forward. The fees are extremely high and there is no reason for it. They steal money from your salary, it says x amount but you receive a lower amount at the end of the month. No logic and no costumer service.

Used patreon for maybe 2 months and got suspended for 'We have detected suspicious activity linked to your account' Until they verify few things with me i gave them full verification of everything they asked me. even my geographical Location and internet provider. I was a Patron on Patreon for a US based author and an animal rescue situated in Spain. For more than a year, the payments remained the ones I had signed for, this month, VAT was added, without any further information. 10,50€, that is 21%. I cancelled my memberships and have alternative ways to support the organisation I wish to support. They steal my money

They steal my money. I ask for a refund after i saw some unrecognized charges on my card, the support ask me for order number and now month later they don’t answer me. I’ve sent about 10 messages. Stay away from this site and be safe!!

Zero protection for the customer

Signed up for a membership only to find the creator was not active in the discord nor did he offer any benefits, all his time was focussed on bringing in members from Youtube. Turns out there's no way to get a refund, only the creator can decide but since he is not responding I had to message Patreon who themselves do not respond.

Scam company that doesn't protect the consumer. They have refused to issue me a refund for a service that I have not used. I asked for a refund within 30 minutes from the time that I was charged for a service of one of their creators, and despite that they rejected to issue me a refund. Will pursue mu rights via my national consumer protection agency and I urge anyone to do the same
