Absolutely appalling and sickening

Absolutely appalling and sickening. Removed a page in support of Ukrainians threatened by war and froze £250k (savelife.in.ua). Including freezing my money. A true example of company values.

Update on previous negative review. I have to say that now patreon have stirred theselves the helpdesk people (in San Francisco) were very helpful and sorted the problem (a glitch at their end). Can't give them a 5 as response took a bit too long.

I got nothing for my paid stuff

I was a creator on patreon. Almost all the supporter got paid stuff and then left. Patreon didn't even charge any of them. At the end I litereally got 0$ income.

Long term supporter blocked without notice or explanation

I was a long term subscriber, supporting a number of creators, when Patreon suddenly cancelled my account for apparently breaching their terms if use. They refused to tell me why. I didn’t ask for a refund on the donations (some annual) because it didn’t seem fair to the creators.

Terrible service

Terrible service, Will never use them again. Had an issue with a double charge, numerous emails later they confirm its due to the time difference and won't refund less than ten pound as I was a patreon for around 17 minutes at the other side of the world. Will advise anyone I know never to use patreon.

What do you like best about Patreon? Patreon treats its content creators very well I feel and the creators get to ask for donations to help them with creating more content and maintaining their channels on Pateron. I feel like Pateron puts content creators in the drivers seat when it comes to controlling what they choose to produce compared to other platforms which are not as friendly to content creators of which I won't mention.
