Got banned directly after I paid, did not receive a refund

Within 24 hours after payment, my account was suspended for "suspicious activity". Support did not elaborate on this decision and inquired me to identify myself with data a support employee should not have access to. When asking for a refund, they told me to request a refund through PayPal, where they proceeded to ghost me. In fact, their email address on PayPal is set to noreply, so I doubt they ever got my request, but who knows. Reported it to PayPal and got my refund denied. Genuinely ...

Account disabled, customer service useless.

Had my account randomly disabled. I thought oh well, but kept getting charged afterwards. Customer service just sent me robotic form letters demanding a ton of personal information in order to unban my account. I demanded a refund only to get another email telling me my account was marked for deletion a day later. No actual response from a human. Thankfully I kept all the emails, took screenshots, and had undeniable proof I tried and customer service was useless. All charges were reversed ...

Worst customer service ever!

Patreon has the worst customer service I've had to deal with in the past several years. They double billed me for one month of supporting a creator on their platform. After 11 days of going back and forth with their customer service they refuse to refund me for their billing error. Apparently, they don't consider it their problem At this point, I'll have to file a dispute with my bank.

Patreon makes it nearly impossible to correct an over billing. They do not have a telephone number and emails takes several days to respond. The responses are not adequate for a solution. It’s so sad because there are several artists that I want to follow and they only use Patreon. 😣

Only hours after paying to support an artist a little while ago, my account was flagged as suspicious and I've been locked out of it for over a week at this point. If you use a VPN and value your privacy, get ready to pay for nothing. Patreon will refuse your refund on top of it too. It's ridiculous. I barely got to use it at all, but they don't seem to think I'm entitled to a refund for something that they caused. Really?

terrible service, they simply did not reimburse me for a service that I did not authorize them to deduct from my card. And they said to contact the breeder SCI, and I had already spoken to them that the breeder did not answer me

Jesus Christ this site sucks. its just awful. it is not optimized for anyone, I genuinely dont understand why its the most commonly used creator support network. because creators dont like the format. customers get annoyed all the time with their payment methods. there are no alternatives.

They have 4 types of subscription. Who has time to read those T&Cs? Everyone is used to be charged monthly, but here one has to make sure that they will not be charged when they join and then charged again on the 1st of the month. Even if they've joined on the last day of the month! You will be charged twice and will not see your money back. Very disappointed and won't use again.
