Fun to use and very helpful

As a creator I find this platform has a really interesting set up that I find fun using and creating on. It's really helped me to make something into something more and be supported doing it which has really helped.

Modern day criminals

Patreon wrongfully billed me for 130 euros. And now, two months and 20 emails later, they still havent given me my money back. At this point I doubt if ill get it back. Im still in contact with them, but they reply maybe two times a week if that and their responses are incredibly lackluster. Almost like they are stalling the whole thing and waiting for you to just give up. Absolutely the worst company I ever financially got involved with.

Total joke this company

Total joke this company. Stay away. No customer services what so ever and they refuse to answer any question you ask of them and just cut you off and end the conversation for asking questions. I've been reporting a user who makes nsfw featuring minors and has an active Patreon for MONTHS. alls Patreon has done is all but told them to paywall it. and they've went and made another account to post the content then tell their users about it. Terrible Customer Service

It'd take days before you can get a reply. Bellamy from Patreon Team doesn't try to understand or be helpful. He/she just keeps sending robotic messages until you give up.

Patreon is absolutely terrible do not give them your money!!! I asked for a refund numerous times & they kept saying to email the creator which was global ce5. Rupert Kortosh/Rupert Randall never responded nor gave me my money back. I know people who had been paying annual memberships and canceled and didn't get their money back either!

These scam artists charge you for dead accounts.

These scam artists continued charging my account months after the creator I was following had closed their account. Getting the money back from the is like pulling teeth and not even worth the effort. I never got a penny back for those fraudulent charges. Their info says they will stop charging you if a creator terminates their account but that is a lie. Never trust this site. It is sketchy, poorly designed and cheats both users and creators.

The support is so bad. It took 7 days for someone to reply, I couldn’t reset my account login, it kept saying “This email address already has a Patreon account”. When they did reply and said try now, I had the same message. I replied to their email saying that it was the same and it took two days to reply.
