Support is a joke? Got a response 2 weeks late that had nothing to do with my question. I said I still had an issue and they responded immediately with "happy it's resolved. Regards.". What?

Time to stop using this scummy site
Time to stop using this scummy site. Used to be able to cancel your subscription before you got charged. now its in payment pending 6 days before i normally get charged and it wont let me cancel. Why should i pay full price for another month when i dont want to be a patron anymore, scam site. Support doesnt respond, im blocking them via my banks.

I paid with an annual subscription and it's been a month now and I get no benefits from the creator and Patreon says I haven't pledged to anyone and is trying to get me to repledge...I canceled my automatic payment with PayPal....now let's see if they refund

Can't trust this service
Can't trust this service. What they did to the Canadian truckers is unforgivable. I've had extremely bad experiences with this service myself. Do NOT trust them with your money, it can be stolen from you at any time.

KYC likely required
They require a bunch of unnecessary KYC info just to process credit card transactions. They also take 15% of the creator's money.

No moderation
They say they moderate this site but I don't think they really do. I found a bunch of profiles with CSE material being advertised (children in bikinis) and when I reported them they banned my account just like that. Sent an e-mail to get it back but it's already been a week and I feel like I won't hear from them. I'm done.

I subscribed on Patreon a day ago to…
I subscribed on Patreon a day ago to access a broadcast from a YouTuber I follow and immediately logged out, hoping to have access the next time I come. But, unfortunately access to Patreon has been denied as I can't login, I even downloaded their app but it's still the same error. And I'm not sure their customer service will fix the issue here seeing others bad experience with them. If I can't login, then I need a refund please🙄🙄🙄

Selectively ban harmless content, and allow illegal ones.
This is a propaganda channel - they ban people who state opinions that the Patreon management don't agree with. There are also some very dangerous issues - allow illegal underage material and when their security team tried to clamp down on it they all got fired.
