Behave as a crook site...
While I was trying to cancel an automatic renewal of 90 Euros, 10 days BEFORE the renewal date, the system rebilled my credit card for another year... 6 mails to the support were useless: they didn't even try to correct their mistake. I've never seen a worst support service, but it seems to be intended. These people stole 90 euros from me. They behave as a crook site...

this is a fascist left site totally against free speech and free expression which is what they where meant to be for. im encouraging everyone to move ot other platforms to stop supporting this woke fascist left garbage. do not pay money towards companies that hate you and this is one of them

I have been trying to cancel this service and it next to impossible. The phone # is not in service. You can not speak to anyone. They have no problem taking your money. Do not do business with them.
You make it hard for member to cancel. Do not charge my credit card anymore. I have made it known I want to cancel with Patreon ( YOU ) If you take another dime from me. I will write a reviews about you everyday. People do not do business with (Patreon)

I canceled my memberships last year
I canceled my memberships last year, I removed all payment methods, and yet they still keep taking money from my last credit card on file, even though I canceled and deleted all card information. I can't contact anyone, there is no contact information for customers, only creators. They're stealing money - From my experience, I found out there are other people who canceled but they are still being charged. This is a terrible platform DO NOT USE -

Bad as a Creator & A Patron
Lots of folks have commented on this, but support is useless. You're looking at a week+ wait time and they'll just copy and paste an article that seems vaguely relevant to your question. I asked what date I would need to submit my information for a new policy, they would not give me the date even though it was their own policy? I haven't had too much trouble with the people I'm supporting OR getting supported by people, but Patreon itself is a nightmare. Constantly changing policies that ...

Credit card was charged but content is still locked
The company says my payment was declined, which is not true. I have the credit card statement proving them wrong. In the meantime I have no access to the creator and I have sent two messages to support which they have not replied to. I feel scammed.

Support is a joke
Support is a joke? Got a response 2 weeks late that had nothing to do with my question. I said I still had an issue and they responded immediately with "happy it's resolved. Regards.". What?
