Great product. Terrible customer service.
Took my money but at the same time it tells me it wasn’t enough to access the course. I didn’t enter an amount. The program entered $12, charged me $12 and then tells me that the tier payment must be $13.50 to access course with no option to change payment. After too many times of similar ordeals it’s just not worth the stress. Customer service is practically nonexistent. Will not use or donate on Patreon…
Will not use or donate on Patreon anymore. Patreon destroyed their reputation by supporting russia, russian military and their war crimes! Those are bloody money, Patreon!

A generous refund!
Yippie :) I got a refund from them after I was charged for a monthly renewal to a creator. As it was my first time using patreon I didn't know it was an auto-renewal and because the creator is inactive, I kinda panicked with no way to ask them for a refund personally. But, I contacted patreon and they issued me a refund, which was really, extremely generous and kind because they really didn't have to. Thank you so much!

Patreon not only has serious log…
Patreon not only has serious log problems. They also like to support terrorism. They let russian war criminals raise money to support russian military, that actually means that they support killing Ukrainian people, terroristic acts against civilians. And there no move about limitation of accounts that clearly rise money for military, unlike a lot of artists of Ukraine, African and Latina countries can't even log to their account.

It seems that this service is blocking Ukraine bloggers to collect the money to support the poor people in the liberated territories and to support the Ukrainian soldiers and they allow the Russians to support the war and collect the money to buy the weapons and kill Ukrainians 😡The founders should be ashamed!!!!

Patreon supports ruzzian invaders
Patreon supports ruzzian invaders of Ukraine. This trash platform blocks Ukrainian creators and at the same time allows ruzzian propagandists and combatants to remain. I as a Ukrainian I deleted this app, and told all my friends to do the same. We try to contact all Ukrainian creators to leave this platform and switch to alternatives.

Russian terrorist supporters. Against their own policies, they let publish violent content and charge for it. Despite a number of complaints they prefer to make money on the blood. Avoid!

TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE, as most reviews state. I canceled my "annual subscription" just a couple of hours after they charged me because I didn't know it was an annual subscription, nor did I go on their platform for the ENTIRE year. Still they denied my refund as if I used any of their services. Stay away
