What do you like best about PathFactory? Paths are super easy to build and a nice way to create a curated selection of content for any specific user type. The Nook provides valuable and helpful training and how-to help for when you're new to the tool and just getting started. The support team has been very helpful and responsive! What do you like best about PathFactory? The level of engagement analytics on content. I like all the ways we are able to look at the data to ensure we are meeting our goals. What do you like best about PathFactory? The best thing about pathfactory is consumer journey creation. It makes it easier for the marketer as well as the consumer to create a unified/customised content journey across the funnel. What do you dislike about PathFactory?
