What do you like best? I like that Pardot is seamlessly integrated with SF, that makes things extremely easy. What do you dislike? There are some strange features of Pardot, including the fact that the image library doesn't include thumbnails. This makes it extremely hard for us to select images unless we remember the image title. Who does that? What do you like best? This software has been exceptional in helping us work and market our software. Makes my job easier and I'm able to nurture our prospects effectively and integrate with Salesforce. What do you dislike? It's not a perfect integration with Salesforce but it's manageable. Implementation and UI leaves much to be desired. Poor email editor.
What do you like best? There are some features such as automated emails and engagement studio which really have a lot of potential. Integration with Salesforce is a plus as it allows our Customer Service reps to easily add a current customer to drip emails and review emails. Tracking visitors and visitor scores works well. What do you like best? Engagement Studio is very powerful and can help complete some complicated multi-step campaigns What do you dislike? Limited approach to campaign population. Everything is list based and can get cumbersome if you run multiple campaigns Recommendations to others considering the product Don't limit yourself to Pardot because it is a Salesforce product.
