Not as many features as other tools
What do you like best? I like the simplicity of the tool, and the easy navigation. It is not hard to learn if you've been using other marketing tools for a while. What do you dislike? There are simple features that seem easy to implement that Pardot is missing. When sending emails, it would be helpful to add or suppress an individual contact. Also their dynamic list building isn't as user friendly as Hubspot. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

SalesForce is easy to use and helps me organize!
What do you like best? I like the user interface and how easy it is to navigate What do you dislike? I can't think of anything I dislike about Salesforce - sometimes the font is kind of small in areas where I am trying to upload documents and need to confirm upload success What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Secure contract management, organization of client information, etc/
