What do you like best? I like the simplicity of the tool, and the easy navigation. It is not hard to learn if you've been using other marketing tools for a while. What do you dislike? There are simple features that seem easy to implement that Pardot is missing. When sending emails, it would be helpful to add or suppress an individual contact. What do you like best? I like the user interface and how easy it is to navigate What do you dislike? I can't think of anything I dislike about Salesforce - sometimes the font is kind of small in areas where I am trying to upload documents and need to confirm upload success What business problems are you solving with the product?
