Support is BAD

What do you like best? There is not much that we know about the product - We bought the service with the highest level of support and training and got none. We have the product for almost two years and really don't get the value of the product. We are trying to cancell the service. What do you dislike? Support is not responsive. When they do get back to you they have no clue as to how to train our team on the product - How can a company owned by SF have such a non-responsive ...

Pardot - it gets the job done, but isn't as user friendly as other martech I've worked with

What do you like best? Pardot's existing integration with Salesforce is helpful, although it doesn't always work smoothly. But when things are working well, it's great to have user engagement and activity information flowing from Pardot into Salesforce. What do you dislike? Reporting is unintuitive. Building emails is unintuitive. The interface is clunky and finicky - not very user-friendly. Recommendations to others considering the product: Pardot gets the job done, but if ...

Pardot has helped streamline our Marketing Automation

What do you like best? I really enjoy the ease of use when building out engagement flows to help with our sales campaigns. The logic is simple, and it gives you lots of options for how you would like to segment the flow. With the addition of adding multiple conditions to rules, we are able to build out flows that would initially seem very complex, but is broken down into easy steps. What do you dislike? I wish there were more completion actions when sending out a list email. I tend ...

Overall it's great, but it can be finicky and support isn't great

What do you like best? Pardot really does make it simple to send out emails. You can use their editor version or HTML. Plus the ability to A/B is really great. What do you dislike? Support isn't good. Sometimes it'll add in code to my emails that I didn't put in. Reporting really could use some work, you can't select specific dates of email reporting you want to review. Reporting on drip campaigns in Engagement Studio is hugely lacking. What problems are you solving with the ...

A good tool, but some shortcomings

What do you like best? Building emails and landing pages are quick and easy to do once you have built out your templates. It can be quick and easy to duplicate assets for different promotions and campaigns for a seamless launch. Pardot also works nicely with salesforce and can be a helpful tool if you use the drift chat bot. What do you dislike? Some of the reporting can be really limited and hard to identify issues within pardot. Likely need to pair reporting with google analytics ...

Postive - But Use a Partner!

What do you like best? Pardot has been a great tool for developing a strong analytic and email marketing strategy but supporting a diverse array of marketing functions in one central space. What do you dislike? Pardot is not just drag and drop. To get the most value, you need an implementation partner and time to create and build robust assets to maximize. your utilization. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pardot has automatic ...

A platform with potential

What do you like best? Integration is great, UI nav is wonderful and data tracking is also top notch. Since I primarily use Pardot for sending emails and building landing pages, building and sending emails is pretty streamline. Pulling prospects together and sending segmented sends is pretty easy as well. What do you dislike? Building emails and landing pages in Pardot is a hard point for me personally. The HTML on both the LPs and emails are not what is shown on the client side of ...

Pardot....

What do you like best? I think Pardot stands out when it comes to designing email templates. I've experienced little to no issues when inserting an HTML template that one of our designers made in Adobe Dreamweaver. I like how even after you embed, you can make changes in Pardot's email editor. What do you dislike? My marketing automation experience started with Marketo.. and Marketo definitely has a lot more advanced settings that Pardot lacks. For example, cloning a program in ...

Incomplete Platform

What do you like best? The bare-bones UI is kind of nice compared to HubSpot, but it can be hard to find things on the menu due to strange naming conventions. What do you dislike? Everything. Test emails arrive the next day. Forms require endless hacking. Simple tasks require automation. Default features are flimsy and often do not work. The Email editor has a terrible UI, and writes terrible HTML. We spend most of our time working on code instead of marketing. Recommendations ...

Daily Pardot user

What do you like best? Pardot Lightning lives inside of SFDC and ties directly to all of our data in the CRM making it easy to communicate with our contacts and leads. What do you dislike? Many of the forms inside of the tool are rather clunky and not intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to automate several campaigns like NPS, customer onboarding, and more with Pardot engagement studio. Building ...
