What do you like best? We have been able to use Pardot for B2B and B2C Marketing in our service-based company. It does the basics that you'd expect of a marketing automation platform: email creating, contact tracking, integration capabilities, list building, etc. If you take the time to become and expert on forms/form-handlers/engagement studio you can create some very interesting and smart workflows.
