Nowhere near as robust as promised
What do you like best? Engagement studio has a handy trigger feature to listen for actions. What do you dislike? The interface is clunky, premier support is only via the phone and not expedited at all (don't understand what we're paying for, Pardot does not allow you to integrate custom actions into your engagement studio as promised. Recommendations to others considering the product: Look out for the true cost of implementation, not worth doing without an implementation partner ...

Easy Automation
What do you like best? It has facilitated the majority of our outbound marketing and increased our leads by 6x. It is unbelievable how amazing it has been for our company and my role as an SDR. What do you dislike? Sometimes it is confusing and hard to control. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it efficiently and have an employee that KNOWS how to use it. We have an employee currently that is managing our Pardot and he had no clue as to what to do in the ...

Basic Marketing Automation that is intuitive
What do you like best? The design and structure makes it easy to use. The integration with Salesforce is easy and extremely helpful. What do you dislike? Composing emails is a bit of a challenge as templates are not easy to adopt and it’s hard to reverse changes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sending personalized mass emails that are fast to create and look good. The performance data is very helpful and easy to read.

What do you like best? Pardot marketing automation software has very amazing features that I like since they make the software easy to use. With Dynamic Content, I can personalize every email with content that is relevant based on job title, industry, conversion point, and more. What do you dislike?
