What do you like best? Simple navigation to different tools, easy engagement studio, ability to customize email and landing page templates. What do you dislike? The email reporting could be more customizable. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pardot provides a solid email marketing platform. Salesforce integration is key

What do you like best? Because Pardot is part of Salesforce we're able to leverage all our CRM data for segmentation, scoring, nurturing, etc. What do you dislike? Would love to have more ABM functionality like company data/lookups and connections to paid advertising channels. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automating our outbound marketing, inbound lead management, and account-based marketing.

What do you like best? Pardot is a nice balance in a marketing automation platform. They offer a robust suite of features and functionality, but maintain a very intuitive user interface, making it incredibly easy to use. What do you dislike? Great platform when you use SFDC

What do you like best? I love the marketing workflows and the fact that it is super easy to connect to salesforce CRM What do you dislike? The email builder was not very good, I prefer the drag-and-drop features of other email providers Recommendations to others considering the product Definitely get certified What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pardot is used for marketing automation, while connecting everything seamlessly to SFDC
