It's very helpful to monitor the processes.

What do you like best? The levels and escalations policies are the best thing. It provides great flexibility. What do you dislike? If i just cut an incoming call, due to some reason, Still i keep on getting multiple calls. I think, It'd be better to re-call after a few minutes. Excellent to use easily

What do you like best? When ever the jobs fail with in seconds i am receiving call which is awesome and giving a half an hour support for resolving the issues if we skip. What do you dislike? What do you like best? PagerDuty Mobile App is the very best solution for specialist on-call What do you dislike? reporting area is not so granular and efficient What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? On my platform we need to handle quiet 1K of network devices (routers ; FWs ; etc.) and PagerDuty solve our following-the-sun infrastructyure.

Easy to use and the mobile app is very helpful

What do you like best? We hae used a lot of tools to have "on-call" needs address and pagerduty makes it very easy. We utilize the email address service for job failures, the Webhooks for monitoring tools,etc.. Having an app makes it very useful for people that have trouble getting a cell signal but still have wifi so we are never out of touch of a support person. What do you like best? PagerDuty is great in that it can override system settings (if you allow it to), so you can page someone even if they have DND turned on or have their phone on silent. Also, PagerDuty's API documentation is good. It's quite extensive and offers testing functionality.
