Good Product, but has some kinks

What do you like best? Highly available, very loud alerting system that gets me to managing alerts faster. I also use both desktop and mobile platforms and they work pretty seamlessly. What do you dislike? Trying to understand which team are the alert pertaining to. Also, it is very difficult to determine who is on call next w.r.t. to my team - I usually have to click around 5 or so pages before I find the schedule listed. This is because (as an IC) I am only on one schedule, so it ...

Never miss a page

What do you like best? I love the fact that it easily integrates with other 3rd party solution. If your solution is not yet in PD, just use emails. Setup escalations properly and you won't have to figure things out when production is broken. What do you dislike? Managing page storm is sometimes difficult (like a DC goes down) when too many pages hit the pager at the same time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing escalation ...

Great tool for managing On Call Duties

What do you like best? That I can schedule my team for on-call rotation and we can easily substitute or swap schedules as need be. I like that there are various levels of events and you can have PagerDuty contact you in different ways depending on the urgency of the event. What do you dislike?
