Paddle resell lots of companies software. I was not happy with a particular app and Paddle refunded me straightaway Happy to buy from them again.

The Chatbot did a great job finding out which email address I had used for a subscription I had totally forgotten, to which I was re-routed to cancel it.

I requested a refund because I forgot to cancel before the free trial ended and they were very accommodating. i informed them it was an accidental purchase and they processed the refund in less then a minute.
