Promptly facilitated subscription cancellation and refund of product I was not satisfied with
I had to request a refund and cancel a subscription for a product that did not work the way I expected. I sent them an email which the quickly responded to. I was able to both cancel the subscription and request the refund easily and quickly.

Wasn't what I expected...but refund was a breeze
Though the software did not do what I, a lay-person thought it should do, when I requested a refund of my purchase they have a "bot" that promptly and "cheerfully" refunded my purchase, no questions asked. Impressive!
