Customer support is lacking and they fail to communicate issues before we bring them up. Payroll was randomly late and they waited for us to reach out when our team member was not paid instead of informing us they had an issue.

We enjoy oyster overall, it seems simple enough. Where it's lacking is when more complex questions or issues arise, we see a lack of proactive communication about these one off use cases. Id like to see or hear about other's experiences to eliminate or mitigate dropped balls.
