A very irresponsible HR service. blames employee for their mistake. I had requested for 100% salary contribution to my pension was implemented wrongly. They deducted the tax and then did my pension contribution. and now they are just blaming me for not using salary sacrifice as a term. Really a nightmare experience. They constantly miss guiding me.
