Not the best experience
Its been 5 months I'm on Oyster Payroll, 3 out of 5 months I have to follow up for the payments as they werent even initiated. Submit a ticket for the issue and all you get is processing timelines details deflecting the fact that the deadline has passed. Its the responsibility for the HR company to enure the payment process starts on time and keep the contractor informed if there is a delay and remind employer to avoid the miss in the first place.
