They are very responsive and professional with our team and our candidates. Their onboarding was very smooth and the implementation was a pleasant experience. "It's practically invisible"
What do you like best about Oyster? Whenever I need to communicate with them, it's fairly easy and my issues get resolved fast. They use local experts for support so I get answers that are actually correct. I have experience with other competitors where the knowledge of the support was quite poor and the resolution times were often in days.

What do you like best about Oyster? Great platform, very intuitive and user friendly. A lot of things are automated so it is easy to understand and repeat each month as we are running payments.
