Positive experience, I see potential to improve in third party onboarding
As an employee I rate it positively, what I would recommend to improve my rating, would be more communication of changes and clearer guidelines for third party tools (Cobee, Cigna) that are not that easy to onboard. I also value the integration to HiBob for the vacation.

Useful service, quality can improve
The service itself is very useful for hiring talent abroad. The organizational structure and attention to detail can improve. Almost every interaction required me correcting staff, or requiring more information. I feel like a general runbook and templates are used, instead of catering to the individual and paying attention to the details. Don't make the user do the work for you. Hiring remote workers across the world…
Hiring remote workers across the world is a legal and operational challenge that is difficult to solve for small companies.
