Oyster is very easy to use
Oyster is very easy to use, and the team is outstanding to work with. The sales and onboarding team demonstrated great knowledge and ensured a seamless process. Additionally, the customer support team was exceptionally helpful!

Great HR solution with easy to use platform
Would definitely recommend this company to others looking for EOR or HR management, including hiring staff overseas. Easy to use platform and very responsive and helpful customer support. The only points they could improve on, is if they could invoice in AUD or invoice annually.

Hard to join, harder to exit
As an Oyster employee (originally Parakar) in France, I joined a company in Dec'21 and now attend to leave in Dec'23 I started in Dec'21 without a contract, despite my Manager agreeing to hire me 1 month 1/2 in advance... Now, with ticketing system where nobody replies on time and it takes several emails to re-re-reclarify a point or question, I can hardly leave my company to another job because Oyster refuses that my employer or me initiates a mutual agreement.
