What do you like best? Outreach eliminates redundant work (follow ups, FAQs, resource links) from a sales persons day to day, it also allows you to collaborate with your BDR to build out multiple step cadences that give you more control over their outreach to your target customers. What do you dislike? Highly Dislike there is no toggle on or off button in gmail per send, this makes it very annoying when switching between internal and external email. What problems are you ...

Reliable product that's come a long way in a short time
What do you like best? It's powerful across a full sales team. Great to be able to have oversight and look into teams or individuals. Being able to test email and subject copy faster. What do you dislike? Support often takes too long to reply, so you spend a bunch of time yourself figuring it out instead of having someone reply in a timely manner. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sales, account management.

Stay organized with Outreach
What do you like best? Outreach is the best tool to keep you as organized as possible, without skipping a beat. Putting contacts into a sequence for frequent follow ups with organized templates is a massive key to success. Before Outreach, I found myself stumbling over on who to follow up with, and more importantly, when. What do you dislike? It can be slightly overwhelming with all of the features within Outreach. Sometimes I find myself exploring the tool for periods of time on ...

Amazing Tool!
What do you like best? I love being able to see what I have planned for the day and what things I need to pay attention to. The layout is very sleek and easy to understand What do you dislike? I do not like its readability to other mail servers. It is not very accurate to show who has or has not seen emails or how many times it has been opened. It typically will show the email opened twice within the minute What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Outreach would be great if it weren't painfully slow.
What do you like best? The templates as well as the segmenting it provides is great! An added bonus is the Salesforce integration. What do you dislike? PAINFULLY slow. It took me over an hour just now to inform my BOB about a feature update. It also managed to make my computer crash. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Improves our engagement with our client base.

Solid mass email software.
What do you like best? Good UI, allows for mass semi-custom emails. What do you dislike? Variable language should be the exact same formatting as excel. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trying to reach a massive amount of prospects. It has allowed me to do that.

Director of Sales Operations
What do you like best? My overall experience with outreach has been great. My team has been using outreach for day to day prospecting. We have a set of targeted accounts assigned to each of our reps and they use outreach to run series of prospecting activities towards. I really like the ease of use in general from both user and admin perspective. Also the integration between outreach and various sales tools that we use for our team makes our over sales a lot more outreach more effective. ...
