Outreach would be great if it weren't painfully slow.
What do you like best? The templates as well as the segmenting it provides is great! An added bonus is the Salesforce integration. What do you dislike? PAINFULLY slow. It took me over an hour just now to inform my BOB about a feature update. It also managed to make my computer crash. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Improves our engagement with our client base.

Awful support, terrible sync with salesforce
What do you like best? It sends emails decently well. It can schedule around major holidays. It can dynamically insert html through its custom variables. What do you dislike? I don't like the product's inability to sync things properly over to salesforce. There's no bulk update or bulk sync function. Support isn't willing to help in a timely manner. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Send emails to prospects

Outreach is my everyday friend
What do you like best? I use outreach every single day. I have spent countless hours digging into all of its functions and capabilities. It can do so many things. What do you dislike? The biggest issue I have encountered would be support. Some functions are confusing and many support folks have had a hard time explaining in depth what they do or how they would combine/affect other functions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Making following up with prospects a mindless task!
What do you like best? Keeping all of my leads organized through the sequences that Outreach provides not only allows me to send specific messaging at critical times but also lets me know when a prospect has opened and email and how many times they opened that message what type of actions to follow up with. What do you dislike? One thing that I wish Outreach would improve on is the flow when doing some of the tasks that you have been assigned earlier than the Outreach template ...

Untapped Potential
What do you like best? I love the ability to coordinate with my Sales Development Rep, we can set tasks, and work collaboratively to have his sales sequence go off without a hitch. What do you dislike? We don't quite have it talking correctly to Salesforce yet, so there is some double entry if you put notes in to outreach they don't some in to SF but it works fine the other direction. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure it's implemented correctly, ...

Outreach is okay!
What do you like best? I like the easy UI the most. The sequence creator tool is really easy to use and the custom attributions are really straight forward. What do you dislike? Outreach can't filter out inbox filter clicks. So the insights will say there was a click, but it could be a mimecast or another software clicking into it to make sure it's safe. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use the onboarding, webinars, and any resource they give you. Also take ...

Good outbounding tool
What do you like best? A/B testing for outbound messaging. Seamless integrations with other tools. What do you dislike? Not as intuitive as previously tool (salesloft). Recommendations to others considering the product: Robust tool, but depending on pace of workflow -- may not get full benefits from it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As an account executive, use it daily to manage outgoing correspondence.

Outreach has made my email outreach much more productive.
What do you like best? The feature that I enjoy most is being able to see when people open or forward my emails. What do you dislike? There is not anything that I don't likeso far. It is too soon to tell for me. Recommendations to others considering the product: NA What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows me to save templates so I can cut down on my time writing emails. I can also see when clients are engaging and ...

Great product, but mail send requirements are stupid-crazy
What do you like best? Automation capabilities and the concept of being able to provide full automated contact. We did NOT realize the degree of requirement they had for internal access to our infrastructure. What do you dislike? Ridiculous requirement to allow UNRESTRICTED RELAY through our SMTP servers. This is an unbelievably lazy requirement on Outreach's part. In today's environment where email security is an absolute must. A third part organization that requires either ...
