A platform to make operations efficient

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? My ultimate gain from Outreach is being able to reach my targeted audience effectively and with the proper message. I also adore Outreach's very appealing template designs and robust sequencing which I can easily share to the entire team. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I consistently have disappointing encounters with Outreach's customer support representatives. It would take an average of two days before you ...

Great tool for automating messaging and building prospects lists

What do you like best? Integration with Salkesforce, Flexibility to import csv data lists. Tracking the performance of the sequences I use. What do you dislike? Tracking the rate of opening of templates would be great as well What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Wining time in my day to day activity, automating a process that does not require that much energy

Overcomplicated mess

What do you like best? Outreach has a ton of features and can do a lot of different things for your day to day sales. What do you dislike? Everything is made harder than it needs to be. It doesn't speak cleanly with salesforce accounts, only leads and contacts. Nothing is easy!! There are no simple 1 click solutions, everything you do is multiple steps. Constant errors and bugs. Emails will get stuck with no option to move them forward. Recommendations to others considering the ...

I'm solving my outbound efforts by having one CRM tool that helps me track my progress.

User Friendly Sales Tool

What do you like best? I love that Outreach is so easy to use. As a busy BDR, I don't always have time to go through and check which prospects I sent specific content to. What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything about the Outreach Prospecting Tool. Recommendations to others considering the product: Outreach has the based cadences set for a Sales Prospecting Tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can put prospects ...

Powerful sales tool

What do you like best? I've used Outreach for a few years now, and it's great in terms of being able to automate your sales outreach, but do so in a more personalized way. It's nice being able to have a number of different templates within a single step, so that I don't have to create a number of different sequences. What do you dislike? There are nuances that have been frustrating. For example, there have been API outages that don't allow you to send. Sometimes I can't push an ...

Slow connectivity with Salesforce, spastic interface, and not user-friendly.

What do you like best? Taking notes in outreach for easy personalization in calls/emails. What do you dislike? User-interface, slow connectivity with Salesforce, over-complication of the sales process, far too many functionalities that 95% of the team doesn't bother to use and an overwhelming amount of notifications/actions popping up on the homepage. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sales process. Nothing significant that the ...

Not great but not terrible

What do you like best? I'm not responsible for making my own sequences, so I can't really speak to how easy it is to make sequences. From what I understand, it's pretty simple, but if you're going for the "spray and pray" method, it can be pretty complicated to code a sequence by persona and change the content of emails based on that. I mainly use it for cold calls and I would say it's pretty easy to learn and use on a daily basis. It's not the best, but the UI makes it super easy. ...
