What do you like best? How easy it pulls in info from SalesForce. What do you dislike? For my use it is perfectly fine, I really only dislike connection issues sometimes. Outreach review
What do you like best? One of my favourite aspects is the calendar feature, which allows you and your customers to schedule meetings not only with me, but also with other people on the phone. This allows you to qualify potential customers before you call them. Being able to link the channels in the order in which the e-mails are located and take part in the work from hand-to-hand while focusing on creating other channels helps me to use my time more effectively. Great Automation and Engagement Platform for Sales and Customer Success
What do you like best? I love the easy navigation, visibility and efficiency of the platform. Hands down the best sales engagement tool
What do you like best? The UX and UI were designed for Salespeople. Its what we call Sales-Proof. The navigation and instant functionality with their dialer and Outreach engagement notifier made sales team works more efficiently. What do you dislike? Navigation to change the properties on a admin-level is difficult if you do not ask for help What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Outreach help streamline operations and sales flow.

What do you like best? Daily task reminders and the ability to see when your emails have been viewed by the recipients. What do you dislike? Can feel a bit tedious to set up sequences and keep track of contacts added to each sequence. Best Email Sequencing Tool I've Used
What do you like best? Outreach is easy to use, easy to admin, and is a powerhouse of a tool for reps. Good product for simple teams
What do you like best? Outreach automatically sends successive e-mails to key and active callers. Recently, however, we have started using it to communicate with our existing customers and those who have just fainted. We now do not have to memorize sending emails, they are sent automatically and are marked in the Salesforce system. We can sending thousands of emails, or only a few. What do you dislike? Could be an AMAZING tool...but could also be better
What do you like best? I love the purpose that OR services, my problem is that it's not easy to use or understand. I does help keep SD's and SDR's organized. Love the sneaky calling capabilities (i.e. being able to look like you are calling from a prospects area code). What do you dislike? The UI is not very good.
