What do you like best? Outreach operations are extremely intuitive. After the training stage, it was extremely easy to start promoting email ads in the background, realizing that I am looking for thousands of messages and do not have to deal with them actively. I LOVE Outreach
What do you like best? Everything - I love the integration with SalesForce, how easy it is to follow up with my leads, and how I can set reminders for activities. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is how I can't edit a task when I'm inside of the task. For example, I like to update my tasks with notes. "called on 8/4 @ 2pm" but if I'm on the actual activity/task, i need to go back out to the home page, and edit the task from there. If I could just edit the task notes ...

What do you like best? I love triggers and tasks that come from the future. It allows me to focus my attention on the people who have the best chance of reacting. What do you like best? Keeps track of the previous conversation you have had with your customers. Your whole team can see your emails and call logs. Works well when you work with a team of 2+ because sometimes you might both communicate to the same person. It also syncs with Salesforce which is nice, for the activity and notes. What do you like best? I appreciate all the different features that Outreach has to offer from the snippets and templates to the sequences that sales reps use with ease. Effective sales automation but not the finest
What do you like best? I like that Outreach allows me to be incredibly organized in my outbounding. I can create unique sequences with email, call, and integrated Linkedin tasks. I can manage my contacts/prospects well and easily send put them through different unique sequences. I can create and save templates and see the analytics of my most successful templates. Great for sequences
What do you like best? I really enjoy the fact that I can throw accounts and leads into a sequence. It frees up a lot of my time. What do you dislike? I don't like fact that I have to sign in every once in a while and it never tells me when I signed out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving the time suck of reaching out to prospects multiple times. Solved a lot of admin work as well.
