What do you like best about Outreach? The ability to organize my prospects/accounts in a meaningful way. I practically live in outreach, all of my notes, emails, and calls happen through outreach and it's how I'm able to stay organized with a large patch and a ton of contacts.

The functionality is superb, from connecting to SFDC, to the reporting feature, Outreach has enabled me both to hit my number when I was in sales, to having the confidence and insights needed to coach my team. My favorite feature is being able to listen in on calls
