Easy to use

Easy to use, very intuitive. I have been using Otter for two years now. Even on the free plan you get to utilize a lot of its amazing features. Recording to transcription, summaries and Google Calendar integration. If able - I would definitely encourage other businesses and workplaces to adopt for utilizing for meetings that require minute taking.

Great software

I recently used Otter.ai for the first time while interviewing someone, and it has proven to be very useful. I really enjoy how you can just import or export it in many ways, and can also connect it to Zoom. It has saved me so much time, and I'll probably purchase a subscription. I highly recommend it!

Otter.ai is amazing

Otter.ai is amazing. I am the clerk of a small parish meeting in North Yorkshire, England. One parish resident is always difficult and argues about the minutes and agreed-upon actions. Otter.ai recorded our meeting, and we now have accurate minutes and an action list and can look at everything that was said. No more arguments. It is a great way to move from words to action.

Fantastic for Research work, pretty accurate transcription !

I used Otter for interviews for my Uni research paper and was sceptical. However, I'm surprised by how accurate it is, even for people with heavy accents it picks up 80% of the conversation. The best, best, best part was being able to link it within a Teams meeting, and normal calls and have a pretty decent transcription! Powerful Communication / research and information

The Texting/Voice model of recording conversations in a zoom meeting in conjunction with screenshots and the powerful AI summary is equivalent to being there - Work, life and asynchronous schedules demand these tools in a modern communication age. My hope is that more entities will acknowledge the good as otter.ai oversees the protection of information so they will allow this useful tool in their meetings - especially in the educational settings.

Great Tool for Meetings

I have several companies for which I am a director and I have introduced Otter.ai to each and everyone is now using it as protocol. It saves time and money, and makes the meetings more focused for those who previously had to hand write notes. It is also easy to use and integrates perfectly.

Otter.ai is the first meeting assistant I use. I have not used all of the available features yet but I am happy to have access to transcriptions without taking notes. It saves time and allows more verbal interactions and focus during meetings.
