Meeting notes highlighted for my convenience

Otter.ai has been extremely helpful to me, saving me time in meetings, so that I can pay attention to what is going on and feel confident because I know the meeting notes will be sent to me for my convenience. I'm grateful because sometimes I will forget something from the meeting and the notes highlight all topics. This review was provided as part of a promotion from Otter.

It's a great time saving of meeting, especially when some parts of the online meeting were not clear during the meeting.

I needed a recording transcribed quickly to meet a deadline and my experience was terrific! I was concerned there would be misspelled words and the transcript would be difficult to understand but other than a few understandable missteps it was fine.

For basic use and first couple times in the program I found it very busy with information. Not techy person and just a "basic user" button would be very useful to just get voice recording transcribed.

Using Otter.ai as Transcription Tool

I needed to transcribe an audio file and format it into a written summary, so one of my colleagues suggested looking into the transcription services provided by Otter.ai. I immediately noticed that the site was easy to navigate and how easy it was to locate the audio file transcript option, upload the file, and wait for it to finish transcribing. Excellent tool for communication and community formation

I started using Otter because of a conference. In the conference we were interacting with a lot of people in short conversations. Having the ability to record those conversations, and see keywords and summaries was very helpful. Otter's accuracy is quite impressive, and the summaries were usually spot on. The ability to edit conversations is also helpful. Memories are not always reliable, but Otter makes them more so

the customer service sucks !

the customer service sucks !! they do not have a phone number to contact them and had canceled my account but they still debited subscriptions and there is no way I cant get assistance !!! its pathetic !!
