I have found otter.ai to be an invaluable tool to capture important on-line meetings and proving transcripts, voice read back, and information on many of the meetings that I do not have the time to be on all of them.

This is a fabulous tool. It allows me to pay closer attention during a meeting, instead of trying to take screenshots, notes, and printing out the transcript. I am also able to share the Otter notes with colleagues. It is a HUGE timesaver. Love it and have recommended it to tons of colleagues.

Great for creating outlines and summaries

I use Otter.ai mostly to upload audio that needs transcription. I especially appreciate Otter's summary feature which provides an outline of the full transcript. This has made it so much quicker to create summaries and descriptions of the full audio. The outline feature also helps create natural breaks and topic themes for each section of the audio transcript that can be used to create section titles. I found this app very essential for not native English speaker. Mainly in more formal environments such as academia.

I found this app very essential for those who don't speak English as their native language, the results in transcriptions and translations are quite impressive. It's also interesting that they put into practice promotional actions, like this one of my review which is as part of a promotion from Otter.

Otter AI has been great

Otter AI has been great! I love that it keeps track of what is discussed in my meetings and gives me to-do lists after each session. It has made my ADHD brain function much better.

Audio Journal on Steroids!

I primarily use Otter.ai for my personal audio journal. It has been amazing to go from iPhone’s Voice Memos to using Otter.ai for this purpose. Now I have a visual of my audio journal entry via the transcript that’s generated along with a summary and action checklist. This has taken my journaling to a new level and has helped me to gain even more insight into myself, my life goals and direction. I can also download the audio and transcript (MS Word, pdf, and other formats).

Otter.ai is game changing. It completely eliminates notetaking, summarizes my calls, AND develops action items. Brilliant use of AI and I'm a fan. As an avid user, they offered me compensation to review, but the truth is that I would only do it if I could put my belief behind it. I absolutely recommend

I find the note-taking tool to be very useful. The meeting scheduling (using my Google calendar), summarizing, listing key points and how easy it is to share meeting notes with others is top-notch. I can fully focus during meetings because I can always return to Otter to get key points from my meetings. And yes, this review was provided as part of a promotion from Otter. Best accuracy in the market.

Unparalleled accuracy, tried the competition, they don't pick up on words with the same accuracy. Use it mainly for iPhone recordings, it's the most reliable tool out there. Recording meetings, interviews, or brainstorming sessions, etc. even with background noise or multiple speakers, somehow manages to capture every word (albeit some minor exceptions, it's not perfect, but close enough).
