I attend project meetings where i have to capture every conversation and this Ai tool has made my work so easy to the extent that I can skip meetings and get a summary of the conversations and action points where i got mentioned. I love it in all aspects.

Invaluable resource

I have reservations about the applications of AI in certain industries but as a transcription tool, it's incredibly helpful. This has been such a fantastic resource for me both in my professional life and for my personal development. With my work, it has allowed me to get a quick transcription of long videos that I can then turn into learning resources. For my own personal education, I have been able to gather information from webinars to review later. Thanks for your such a great resource!

It is an extremely good tool for saving time. Most of the time I use it to make reports, event summaries or documents on the go. Especially when traveling or in order to save time. It also enables me to get summaries of calls when I need them and speed up communication with my teams.

Great Efficiency Tool To Have

I mainly leverage meeting summary and real-time transcription functionalities while it's been integrated into MS Outlook and Teams. It has been a seamless experience so far. Though it misses the mark on name recognition, I think this is a very intuitive and powerful tool that helps me demonstrate active listening during calls.

Resourceful for BUSY Meetings

It is useful to get a summary of the content of the agenda and the software captures the main points made by each speaker, and transcribes what each person says while also recording the materials that were used in the meeting. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs extra support with notetaking if you are a facilitator of meetings.

Superb Productivity Aid

Absolutely love this app. The Teams integration is fab, the meeting summaries you get afterwards are superb & it’s been an absolute game changer for me as someone with ADHD that always struggled to keep good notes in meetings. Now I can send an almost instantaneous follow up email & also copy straight into my to-do lists. Happy - I am very happy for subscribing

It is, indeed, a great tool. It saves time, it helps organize ideas, prioritise tasks, prepare emails and, overall, make one's day much more productive, when trying to survive multiple meetings, decisions and even languages. The new AI tool works wonderfully. I consider it money very well spent/invested.

I have tried other AI note-taking software but Otter.ai is not just very simple to use but is much more diversifiable than the other ones because it is not just able to be used as a ZOOM tie-in like other programs. With it being so simple to use I use it a minimum of 4 times a week.

Solid and Useful Transcription

We love using Otter.ai to record and transcribe verbal exchanges in Zoom and IRL meetings. The ability to go back and tidy up the transcription and match it to voices is great. It is definitely the best transcription software we have tried. We run a meditation coaching business, so having clear and usable text to hand off to clients is critical to success!
