Great Efficiency Tool To Have

I mainly leverage meeting summary and real-time transcription functionalities while it's been integrated into MS Outlook and Teams. It has been a seamless experience so far. Though it misses the mark on name recognition, I think this is a very intuitive and powerful tool that helps me demonstrate active listening during calls.

I attend project meetings where i have to capture every conversation and this Ai tool has made my work so easy to the extent that I can skip meetings and get a summary of the conversations and action points where i got mentioned. I love it in all aspects.

Otter Makes Taking Minutes EASY!!

I love how Otter makes taking minutes for meetings EASY as the AI picks up each person correctly. Sometimes I do have to edit the person(s) conversation and the ending/beginning of the next person(s) conversation, but overall Otter is PERFECT! I also LOVE how Otter is able to summarize the meeting with adding "to-do" tasks! The only negative thing is that the "FREE" subscription only allows for 30 minutes when most "meetings' take 1 hour (60 minutes).

otter ai changed my life

as someone who loves to both have and share meeting notes, otter ai has totally changed the game for me. it keeps notes, action items, screenshots, and insights into the meeting. it helps me synthesize meetings better and cuts over half of the administrative legwork needed to condense and send out good quality notes. i'm a loyal fan!

Resourceful for BUSY Meetings

It is useful to get a summary of the content of the agenda and the software captures the main points made by each speaker, and transcribes what each person says while also recording the materials that were used in the meeting. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs extra support with notetaking if you are a facilitator of meetings.

Solid and Useful Transcription

We love using Otter.ai to record and transcribe verbal exchanges in Zoom and IRL meetings. The ability to go back and tidy up the transcription and match it to voices is great. It is definitely the best transcription software we have tried. We run a meditation coaching business, so having clear and usable text to hand off to clients is critical to success!

Superb Productivity Aid

Absolutely love this app. The Teams integration is fab, the meeting summaries you get afterwards are superb & it’s been an absolute game changer for me as someone with ADHD that always struggled to keep good notes in meetings. Now I can send an almost instantaneous follow up email & also copy straight into my to-do lists. Otter AI has been great

Otter AI has been great! I love that it keeps track of what is discussed in my meetings and gives me to-do lists after each session. It has made my ADHD brain function much better.
