"Otter saves time by automating the transcription process"
What do you like best about Otter.ai? I have to interview people and write articles for work. I love using Otter to record and transcribe my interviews. This saves me hours of tedious work and lets me do more of the enjoyable and creative aspects of my job.

Paid for PRO Plan / NO customer support!
Paid for PRO Plan, cannot use its features and cannot get a response from the support after 5 DAYS!!! This app used to be legendary but now it seems like they do not let me access my old notes. Even though I pay for the Pro Plan, and they do not respond to my emails. Disgusting!

Be aware of this company!!
Be aware of this company!!! They will renew your annual plan and charge you without any notification. After that, you cannot cancel your plan with a refund.

"Otter review"
What do you like best about Otter.ai? Dictation with Otter is improving and the speaker identification feature helps when there are more than two people in the conversation.
