Designed to extract payment without providing a viable service

This used to be a great product with an intuitive UI and simple, transparent pricing but all this has changed drastically. On the pro plan, there's a 10 upload per month restriction that's only revealed after you start uploading items. I need 20-30 uploads some months and 0 others. So I would have paid monthly had this been clear. Performance is really poor, I received 4 or 5 upload errors and there's no option to resume an upload, you have to start from scratch. What do you like best about Otter.ai? I have to interview people and write articles for work. I love using Otter to record and transcribe my interviews. This saves me hours of tedious work and lets me do more of the enjoyable and creative aspects of my job.

Paid for PRO Plan / NO customer support!

Paid for PRO Plan, cannot use its features and cannot get a response from the support after 5 DAYS!!! This app used to be legendary but now it seems like they do not let me access my old notes. Even though I pay for the Pro Plan, and they do not respond to my emails. Disgusting!

What do you like best about Otter.ai? Dictation with Otter is improving and the speaker identification feature helps when there are more than two people in the conversation.
