Toxic attitude towards their customers

The transcription is fine, but beware their attitude to customers. The platform has been set up to trick you into adding additional seats: a setting is automatically enabled that means when you share a recording with a colleague, it creates a new seat for them AND BILLS you for that seat immediately. "Otter.ai works well, but was tricky to figure out"

What do you like best about Otter.ai? Otter.ai is very good at live auto-captions, which I've used for several online Zoom events for accessibility purposes. While it doesn't rise to the level of human accuracy, it's still very good.

What do you like best about Otter.ai? I like this product because this makes my life easy when I am on virtual meet either on Google meet or zoom. Otter will make sure all notes taken from meeting using AI. This make my life easy as after meeting preparing MOM is big task. This will save my lot of time as I get Minutes of meeting automatically using otter

What do you like best about Otter.ai? The time Otter.ai saves me is worth as much as I pay for it and more :) I'm thankful the accuracy is, overall, accurate. Otter.ai does the heavy lifting, for sure!

What do you like best about Otter.ai? I really liked the tutorial, it was too good. At the end of it, I really thought I know how to set it up. Unfortunately, although the account creation and setup was quite straightforward, the bot didn't join any of my 3 meeting tests.
