What do you like best about Otter.ai? Otter makes it very easy to create transcriptions of phone calls. It was also great because I could do phone calls in the car through Free Conference Call and then upload those transcripts better.

Horrible company
Horrible company. Without notice they renewed my teen daughter $1468 for 8 Pro Accounts. I called every day for three days and sent 5 emails. Phone was programmed to busy and no response to my emails. They should be investigated for fraud by the government. NEVER NEVER NEVER use this take-your-money-and-run company!!

Customer Service Review: Non-existent
Customer service sucks beyond comprehension. I've been waiting to get help with an issue for over a month now. About every 3rd attempt I get a automated note that say, "Sorry, due to high demand its taking us longer than expected to reply." It's all they have. The software seems pretty good, but there is no support. A perfect case of a company trying to grab as many users as possible to sell out to Microsoft or one of the big boys. Terrible company
Terrible company, took a renewal payment after I cancelled subscription. Do NOT go near them!!!! I've tried to contact them to get this sorted but with no joy... if you're in the EU or UK I'd suggest using the right to be forgotten, if they fail in that report them.

They stole my money
I paid them for an annual subscription to their pro account and they never upgraded me and will not answer any customer service emails or refund my money. Seems like a scam or a very poorly run business and tech.

Designed to extract payment without providing a viable service
This used to be a great product with an intuitive UI and simple, transparent pricing but all this has changed drastically. On the pro plan, there's a 10 upload per month restriction that's only revealed after you start uploading items. I need 20-30 uploads some months and 0 others. So I would have paid monthly had this been clear. Performance is really poor, I received 4 or 5 upload errors and there's no option to resume an upload, you have to start from scratch.
