Thieves. I had to upgrade to business level service and thought I'd be charged about $220. They charged me $750 for "three seats" even though my profile says explicitly I'm a single user and I had never seen anything about "seats." Inexplicable. I've twice, maybe three times, contacted their so-called customer service and have gotten nothing but an automated reply confirmation email. Evidently, it doesn't have customer service. BEWARE scandal: you will never be able to cancel your subscription.

Terrible company - absolutely scandalous - do not use. I upgraded to business, and now it's impossible to delete my account - it's been two months, and they keep sending me to unhelpful pages or not answering my emails. The option to cancel isn't there - it's an absolute scam.

What do you like best about Otter.ai? Otter.ai offers a very simple and clear user interface in its mobile app. I like to dictate my treatment reports right after an appointment, when clinical findings are still freshly present in my mind. This helps to write far better clinical notes, and it is already in a written form available. A real time saver.

What do you like best about Otter.ai? What I love most about Otter.ai is how spot-on and quick it is with transcriptions. I can actually pay attention during meetings instead of trying to write everything down. And the real-time transcription? That's just awesome. Plus, finding old notes is a breeze. It's seriously made my life way easier.

What do you like best about Otter.ai? It takes out a large amount of the time it would take to transcribe manually. Although it's not 100% accurate, I think it gives the general structure of the interview quite well.

What do you like best about Otter.ai? Otter is amazing. As a PM at heart, it excites me to see a tool that gives time back without a sacrifice for quality documentation on a team. It's so simple to setup and implement, it can be used every day and can easily join meetings automatically, and their support team is quick to respond if you've got questions/concerns.
