"My Personal Secretary"

What do you like best about Otter.ai? I'm a horrible note taker and although I do a lot of Zoom/Teams calls that record videos, it doesn't separate subjects like Otter.ai does. I LOVE that feature. Best part? I can have Otter.ai attend for me when I can't make a call. Now, I don't miss anything due to horrible notes, or unavailability.

What do you like best about Otter.ai? Otter was easy to use. I needed it for two interview transcriptions and I got exactly what I needed. I didn't have to download a software; you can simply upload an audio file on the webpage and get it transcribed. I found that it was more accurate than some of the other transcription services I tried.

I cancelled my service and they went ahead and billed me weeks later anyway. Ignored my support emails. No one to call. Can’t log in because I don’t have any account anymore. If you do cancel with these guys, be sure to take screen shots of the cancellation, and call your credit card company to block the account so they can’t hit your card anymore. It seems like a reputable company, but their billing process and support is unacceptable. Be very careful if you choose to share your CC info ...

"Otter is my memory"

What do you like best about Otter.ai? I've been using Otter for the past couple of years to record just about everything I can so I can refer to it when my memory inevitably fails me. It's perfect for recording events that won't have a replay, calls with prospects and clients so I capture every action item, calls with subject matter experts so I can listen again to their extremely technical explanations, and more. It's extremely easy to use. Big fan!

What do you like best about Otter.ai? User friendly; gives you the ability to concentrate on the speaker and not on laborious task of notetaking; allows everyone in the meeting to be "present"; huge and immediate time saver for follow up to team for next steps and implementation.
