What do you like best about Ortto? It was a very user-friendly platform. It didn't take much time to get used to it and start taking advantage of everything the platform offered, such as crafting customer journeys. Contacts are easily findable and their journey templates were useful.

What do you like best about Ortto? We mainly use the Autopilot functionality of Ortto however the reporting is so powerful and gives us great insights into what is working and what is not!

What do you like best about Ortto? Before using Ortto, we had many different platforms to manage our customer data and journey. Now, all customer onboarding is managed from within Ortto, and we can segment and make campaigns without needing the dev team to build reports.

"By far the best solution for e-commerce and B2C marketing in the market"
What do you like best about Ortto? I have had the chance to woke with many marketing automation tools and had struggled when it comes to B2C tools, however Ortto has undoubtedly solved the issue, I was able to successfully implement complex marketing automations for many companies while dealing with different complexities.

What do you like best about Ortto? Ortto is a good tool to build prospect and/or customer journeys. It's robust and integrates with existing tools such as SFDC. The platform is pretty straightforward and user-friendly.

"Slight learning curve for non-marketers and less tech-savvy folks"
What do you like best about Ortto? I like the reporting templates. I like the visibility within the campaign of how it is doing and who has received/opened/clicked, etc. each email in the journey. I like the negative space in the UI for a clean, distraction-free work environment.
