What do you like best about Oracle Eloqua? For email design, templates and blocks can be pre-programmed, and then the creation of an email becomes a breeze. I also like how detailed the segmentation options are and the sending options from opt-in segments to shared lists that bypass opt-ins. We use those for mandatory standard or regulation change announcements.
