What do you like best? I love Oracle. Great support. Love the communication and the account managers. Love Open World. What do you dislike? The only problem is licensing.... it is still expensive. I think Oracle needs to promote better service to help the DBAs to get more free training so DBAs can help bring you more business. Because we the DBA have the first hands on. Great product to use
What do you like best? The new features which came in this version of database is really good and user friendly. Oracle is removing the obstacles from the previous release. What do you dislike? I still don't like few thinks in RMAN which I think resolved in the 12.2 What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is really good for the large OLTP database
