What do you like best? Oracle database is the most complete database with lots of features and options for enterprise to use. Everything is built within the database which includes Java and R. What do you dislike? There isn't anything which i dislike. It is the most developer friendly database I have ever used What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All the custom applications were built using Oracle database.

What do you like best? less intervention from DBA team. The system is fairly stable without human intervention What do you dislike? the Oracle does not support too much when issues happen although it happens very rarely. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? real time reporting with Golden Gate, In-Memory for performance improvement
