What do you like best about OpenPhone? It is excellent that we can have multiple users (our reps) respond to one client (customer) and keep track of all info through the one text message that is sent and we can make internal notes (internal thread) as we go.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? I love the user interface on the mobile app as well as on the desk top. I have been using them for a couple months now it has helped my business continue to grow and work more effectively with our communication side. As well the customer service side has been very responsive via email.
